Residential Rental Community with 286 Units Breaks Ground in Harrison

Advance Realty, DeBartolo Development, and Harrison city officials gathered to toast the groundbreaking of a new project in the Riverbend District and the opening of the Steel Works building, which features high-end rentals. Ultimately, the Riverbend District will encompass 100,000 square feet of retail space and 3,000 apartments. “Both the construction of this new building and opening of Steel Works represent critical milestones in the town of Harrison’s ongoing revitalization,” says Harrison’s Mayor, James A. Fife.
