Next phase of mixed-use Riverbend District underway

As development gets underway on the next building in the Riverbend District, Advance Realty, DeBartolo Development, and Harrison officials celebrated the ribbon cutting on the neighborhood’s latest finished product: Steel Works. The residential building, adjacent to Red Bull Arena and just steps from the PATH train, is home to 286 elegantly designed Harrison rentals ranging from studios to two bedrooms. Calling Steel Works’ opening and the Riverbend District’s ongoing development “critical milestones” for Harrison, Mayor James A. Fife says, “We are thrilled to add these state-of-the-art apartments and amenities to our already vibrant community.”
